HVI F0357A High Voltage Indicator
 
The Metrohm High Voltage Indicator is a tough, compact, passive instrument that detects the presence of voltage in circuits up to 15kV AC. It consists of a resistive element, neon indicator, hand guard, handle and earth lead.
