ETI Thermapen Classic Thermometer - White (231-217)
The Thermapen Classic is an instant-read thermometer designed to make temperature readings for food safety and HACCP compliance quick and easy. Its large digital display provides precise measurements with a 0.1°C resolution and covers a wide temperature range from -49.9 to 299.9°C.
The device features low battery and open circuit indications to ensure reliability. Powered by two lithium coin cell batteries, it offers a minimum life expectancy of 1500 hours. To further maximize battery life, the thermometer automatically powers off after ten minutes of inactivity.
The Thermapen Classic is fully configurable via switches located in the battery compartment. Users can disable the auto-off mode, switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), or toggle between 1° and 0.1° resolution. The casing is washable and includes Biomaster product protection to inhibit bacteria growth.
Available in a variety of colors, these thermometers can be integrated into color-coded HACCP procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contamination across different food types or preparation areas.
