ETI 123-168 Type K Extended Penetration Probe
This extended, stainless steel, thermocouple penetration probe is tough and versatile, making it ideal for measuring temperature in a wide variety of applications including liquids and semi-solids.
The probe has a diameter of 3.3mm and an extended length of 300mm. It features a response time of less than three seconds and a maximum probe temperature of 250°C. This unit can be fitted to any ETI thermometer with a thermocouple socket.
Also available in a Type T version (127-168) or a Coiled lead version (323-168).

±0.5°C between 0 & 100°C

±0.2°C between -20 & 70°C
