ETI 123-159 Type K Fast Response Probe
This reduced tip, fast response, stainless steel penetration temperature probe is both durable and versatile. It is ideal for use in a wide range of applications, including liquids or semi-solids such as delicate foods, soft rubber, and other similar materials.
The probe features a 3.3mm diameter and a 100mm length, providing a response time of less than two seconds. It is designed to withstand a maximum temperature of 250°C and can be paired with any ETI thermometer with a thermocouple socket.
